This was taken around Tow Law at th start of this year in January. We had once again got up to take the dogs for a walk, and to clear our heads after another heavy drinking session, this is usually the case when we visit our friends in Tow Law!

This is a terrific shot. I love the deep mist – fog, almost – pressing in and the damp look to everything. A typical idea of an English January.
That fog is wonderful! I can imagine the chill that was in the air that morning.
