This shot was taken at Croft racing circuit. I had spotted this lad in the pits and thought I'd grab a couple of shots of him. He looked a lot meaner in real life and on the other shots I took, but I like this the best. As I was taking them he turned and spotted me, and gave me a really rea;;y mean look. Plucking up the courage to approach him, we got chatting. It turned out he was a really decent bloke, who lived in North Shields. He asked if he could have a copy of the shots I'd taken so he gave me his address, and I promised to mail copies of the photographs I'd taken to him, which I duly did.
