As you walk down the hill into the centre of Staithes, there is a valley on the left hand side. That's where you can see this cobbled together structure. It looks like a typical allotment type shack, however the area immediately surrounding it doesn't give the impression of an allotment. I love the rocks on the roof, presumably there to stop the roof flying off as the wind howls through the valley.

Staithes last Sunday again. The thing I like about these small coastal villages is that there are always plenty of interesting alleyways and doors to discover, even if the weather is rubbish.

Had a trip to Staithes after lunch. The sky was grey and overcast, and the wind was blowing, and while walking around the rain started. So I didn't get as many shots as I wanted to.
