Oops! I've let the posting slip once more. I'll really try to make it more regular from now.

Anyway, this was taken I'm pretty sure near Columbus Circle on the Sunday we were there. New York is a great place for these abstract images of reflections in buidings.

We had stopped at a shop to get a drink in the village of Akrotiri. I was waiting in the car and this blue VW Beetle pulled up near me. I loved the way the white plastic chairs were reflected in the side panel, and took a couple of shots, of which this is one.

One of the things we did while in Cyprus was to take a cruise for the day, setting off from the harbour at Ayias Trias, near Paralimni. When we returned after soaking up the sun and swimming in the beautiful warm sea, I took this shot of a boat in the harbour. It was the reflected light and beautiful colour of the water that caught my eye.

It was a bit grey when I took this, but there was some sunlight hitting the buildings. Not much else to say about it really
